For the red lover: The No 3 CA Red blend is Syrah, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Franc and is crowd-pleasing, pairs perfectly with BBQ or anything with a red sauce. Then we add on two complex, awards winning reds that go perfectly with steak and other BBQ. The 2016 Cabernet is structured and nuanced with depth and spice but is silky and smooth despite its youth. It’s ready to drink now and will pair with the boldest of sauces. 2015 IBEX Napa Valley Red Blend (Library Release) is somewhat lighter (for a big Napa Wine) and more fruit-forward than the cabernet and recommended for paining’s with more subtle spices and flavors but is also delicious served by itself.
