Our California Red Blend is the 3rd release in the Smith Devereux portfolio of wines and pays homage the 3 founders of the company. We also believe “3” is the magic number (yes it is, Schoolhouse Rock and De La Soul confirm this), just think about how many great things come in 3s, and without 1 and 2, you can’t make “3”.
3 is a crowd-pleasing blend that delivers with the perfect balance of full-bodied, luscious syrah with the fruit and smoke of zinfandel and structure and spice of Cabernet Franc.

Far and away my favorite red this year!! We fell in love with the story of Smith Devereaux and the passion is obviously poured into these bottles! Just enough Jam and sass balanced with smooth and mellow love- not sweet and not to dry either!! Absolutely my favorite red (Just ordered a few more for the stash)! Triple bonus- this a winery with a conscious who do what they can to raise money for lesser known, but very worthy charities- as well as being very careful in their glass selection to reduce carbon footprints from bottle to shipping!

This is the best red blend that I've had in years! I am so thrilled to have found it! Not too dry, not too sweet. Its perfect!

I really love this wine. It's an everyday sipper that works in so many different contexts. A wind down glass, great with whatever you are cooking or ordering in, great to bring to a friendly gathering, everything! The blend is so unique and the wine is juicy and bright without being cloying and heavy. Highly recommend.
